Do you provide International delivery?
Dennis Auction does not provide direct shipping, but will be happy to assist you as much as possible.
Please see our page for a list of local shippers.
Please note that DAS is not responsible for items left in our facility for longer than 14 days.
For larger and furniture items we recommend using www.uship.com to furnish the most competitive pricing.
Please note the DAS requires 24 hours notice on all furniture pickups. This is to ensure your item is out of storage and an associate is readily available to assist you/your shipper.

Can I return an item?
DAS does not accept returns.
However, we are proud to stand by each and every one of our expert catalog descriptions. If for any reason an item is not as described we will be happy to offer a full refund.
Can I bid without being present at auction?
Yes!
DAS is happy to provide you with online, absentee, and phone bidding for our Main Catalog Auction as well as offer absentee bidding for each of our other specialty auctions. You can download the attached form and fax/e-mail it to us or contact us directly for details. One of our associates will be happy to assist you!
Do you buy items?
DAS is a full-service auction company. Our spacious facility offers us the capacity to buy an item for auction outright or accept consignments. We can accept consignments of one item or entire estates to suit our customer's individual needs.
What is your consignment rate?
Whether you are downsizing or have had a recent passing in your family each individuals consignment situation is unique. DAS' consignment rates were made to reflect an individual need, so there is no standard rate. Please do not hesitate to call our offices at any time to set up an appointment for a free consultation!
What are your hours?
Our main office is open Monday-Friday from 9:30am to 4pm.
For pickups we are open Monday-Friday from 9:30am-3:30pm.
We kindly ask that no furniture be picked up without a 24 hour notice.
